BPCM is looking for a talented candidate to join our growing LA team as an Assistant Account Executive, Influencer. We are looking for an innovative, curious and creative thinker that is passionate about all things trending in the world of influencer marketing. 

The candidate will cultivate an abundance of relationships with influencers and be well-versed in all aspects of influencer marketing including: incentivizing influencers to participate in brand campaigns with little or no budget, preparing paid influencer contracts and prompting high-impact earned media results via creative programming.  

Responsibilities will be (but are not limited to): 

Assist in execution of influencer relations strategies  

Developing client-appropriate target lists for clients and agency  

Continually researching and presenting to the team new LA-based influencers across fields of beauty, fashion, lifestyle, design, art, entertainment, technology and more 

Work to foster and develop relationships with brand-appropriate influencers and their teams 

Assist in planning and in some cases, lead planning for small influencer activations  

Conduct/organize mailings in conjunction in-house team or mailing house  

Manage shipping and messengering products, ensuring accuracy in presentation and delivery 

Actively searching for client placements and distributing images to the client once secured  

Maintaining appropriate presentation of client collections within the showroom and managing inventories 

Brainstorming creative partnership and activation ideas for clients  

Assisting with VIP outreach to talent teams (publicists, managers and agents) to secure targeted talent to attend client or project-based events 

Handling VIP services for special events, including booking glam, cars and wardrobe and creating a detailed event itinerary for each VIP event attendee 

Supporting the team with event production, organization and set up of special events 

Availability to work events across the company 

Assisting team in updating weekly and monthly client reports as well as campaign recaps 

Requirements:

Previous experience, at least one year, within a PR (agency or in-house) 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships 

Awareness of and passion for discovering interesting influencers based in LA across all professional fields 

Problem solving and solution oriented with a positive and proactive attitude 

Ability to multi-task and juggle a diverse range of clients and projects in a fast-paced environment 

Proficient computer skills i.e., PowerPoint, Excel and Word 

Experience using Fashion GPS a plus, but not required
