Articulate Productions is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing Lifestyle Team. This individual will execute day-to-day account activities to support team needs for one whiskey and two wine & champagne clients. Ideally, this individual must have a bachelor’s degree in PR or communications and preferably have some industry experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop targeted media lists for client announcements and press outreach
Media monitoring and identify pitching opportunities for multiple clients
Tracking all press coverage, clipping press hits
Coordinate and execute media kit build and mailings
Assisting in helping identify and secure brand partners (i.e. influencers, brands, etc)
Creating and maintaining events/awards/speaking engagement calendars for clients
Researching industry trends and staying up-to-date on current events and news
Attend and take notes at internal and client meetings + calls
Coordinate team travel / project travel
Supporting team with additional tasks as needed
Working with team to plan creative and execute Articulate social media platforms
Coordinate and manage client gifting and hospitality
Research projects to support new business pitches
Updating Articulate database / contacts
Assisting with management of internship program and intern recruitment
Travel on case by case basis
Bachelor’s Degree
Publicity driven with a keen sense of news and trends
Must be able to work quickly and effectively
Team player with an ability to envision the big picture while focusing on the details
Excellent written, verbal and diplomatic skills
Deliver at minimum agreed upon KPIs for each assigned client
Ability to collaborate with team to enhance the positive and dynamic work environment
Actively attend networking and non-client events to develop new contacts and inspire new ideas
Develop and foster a network of national and key market local media - specifically in epicurean, wines & spirits, luxury lifestyle, sports and music
Strong organizational skills that allow for multitasking and meeting all deadlines
