KWT Global is currently seeking a motivated and curious Consumer Team Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Our ideal Consumer Team Assistant can support client teams through administration, organization, client inventory management, and mailers.

Some of our incredible clients our CTA will support are MCM, Sam Edelman, diptyque, Renfro, and Hims & Hers!

Please note that this role is an in-office position and cannot be performed remotely.

Account Management

- Be able to support multiple clients’ product inventory at one time, meeting all deliverable deadlines with minimal reminders

- Receive, unpack and log all deliveries to maintain each client’s inventory

- Support tracking and monitoring of samples

-  Pack and return samples to clients at the end of season

- Maintain tidiness and organization in product closets and showrooms

- Maintain accurate inventory of all client product as well as packaging and supplies and communicating status regularly with supervisors

- Execute logistics and administration for influencer seeding activities (e.g. celebrity mailings, editor gifting)

- Communicate regularly and clearly with all supervisors regarding timelines and deliverables

- Special event support: staffing events, coordinating supply orders, and managing catering

Strategic Thinking & Planning

- Demonstrate a desire to understand and begin to implement KWT Global’s philosophy and values across job function

- Actively pursue new responsibilities and eagerly tackle new challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset

- Able to make connections between what they are seeing in the market calendars and our clients/mailer and events efforts and strategy

- 6 months agency-based PR experience with direct experience with consumer clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

- A sense of humor with a can-do attitude
