Key Job Description:
VIP services and entertainment integration in USA.
Spearhead and oversee the domestic (USA) strategic celebrity plan and execution timeline/calendar. Act as the liaison to Agentry PR planning localized efforts to synergize with directive for all brand’s overall marketing communications goals
Regularly speak to all major American "gatekeepers" - publicists, managers, agents, etc. - to plan, pitch and secure VIP dressing opportunities, and to build and maintain a direct line from Agentry to the talent, with no "middle-men".
Tracking of samples, maintaining an organized and efficient system, and stocking returns on a daily basis. Responsible for complete inventory of samples seasonally. Must call back in any outstanding samples past the one-week shoot completion date. Samples are to be inventoried at the end of season and turned over to the sample sale.
Continually speak to editors/stylists/ to maintain relevant contacts on the media side on the west coast (LA +SF), forming strategic alliances for celebrity editorial opportunities. Streamline celebrity press strategies with internal Agentry PR team
Work with Agentry PR to attain a VIP presence in all relevant USA events, translating attendance and VIP-angles in publicity to create brand awareness.
Plan and execute talent seeding’s and regular personal mailers to USA talent for new product launches. Manage the logistics of special mail out programs for key celebrities and celebrities on the west coast. This is under the guidance of Agentry but should include birthdays, events, red carpet, etc.
Prepare pitching materials and garner impressions on every noteworthy VIP initiative or sighting, and with all relevant entertainment news. When appropriate, write press releases for domestic talent partnerships, or notable product integrations into film, television, or music video product placement for release.
Manage each client’s gifting budget internally with Agentry PR as designated by each brand, overseeing and tracking all west coast gifting activity.
Streamline corporate communication of celebrity results. All activities will be daily/weekly (wherever appropriate on initiative) update to Agentry. With screen shots of press clippings. Monthly reporting in excel template form due of each month.
Must have 1 year of relevent fashion PR/marketing experience.
