The Digital Coordinator role is responsible for providing day-to-day support for the Linda Gaunt Communications digital team. The role will aid with influencer marketing and social media efforts for the agency’s client roster.
Roles + Responsibilities:
-Aid with day-to-day online influencer outreach and seedings
>Support with influencer communication and logistics, including managing gifting, RSVPs and sample requests from influencers
>Directly manage sample loans and gifting stock inventory for the digital team
-Brainstorm ideas that support each client’s influencer strategy and company goals
-Leverage existing and establishing professional relationships with influencers to develop initiatives that will grow LGC’s influencer network
-Create and maintain influencer lists
-Help coordinate short lead events, campaigns and paid activations
-Scan for and clip influencer placements daily, using influencer marketing platforms such as Traackr
-Assisting with social media scheduling, copywriting, community management and content creation
-Assisting with weekly social media reports
-Monitor and advise on trends in new social media platforms and technologies
-Monitor and advise on relevant fashion and industry news daily
-Provide support for agency events and fashion week shows
-Provide administrative support for digital team
-College degree in public relations, marketing, or related field
-Internship experience in social media and influencer marketing
-Deep knowledge of top social media platforms and the influencer space
-Active in - and passionate about - social media
-Ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
-Adept understanding of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
