No. 29 is a media agency with a mission, and we’re looking for a New York City-based account associate with 2-3 years of PR agency experience and a background in lifestyle, design, technology, and sustainability. Experience in parenting technology and/or science is a plus.
No. 29 was founded on the belief that we can elevate positive change through communications and strategic partnerships – and by working with brands that are actively advancing sustainability, driving impact, and centering science. Our work takes on many forms and categories: from parenting solutions/technology leaders Happiest Baby and Embodied to design leaders like Airbnb, VEJA, Ephemeral, and the TED Conference.
On a day-to-day basis, this position will include working closely with account directors to support on client work, including research, helping to write pitches and PR plans, identifying media angles, monitoring trends and coverage, and coordinating product seeding (where relevant). In addition to strong foundational PR experience and excellent writing skills, the candidate will be ready to build new relationships and think creatively.
