Purple is looking for a strong Senior Account Executive/Account Executive to join our dynamic Lifestyle division on the Hospitality team. The ideal individual will have hospitality (travel, F&B) experience at a pr agency. This individual will play a key role across multiple accounts and must be a go-getter with a proven pitching track record. Responsibilities:
Proactively pitch story ideas to achieve maximum editorial placement across your clients
Participating in the creation of communications plans
Brainstorm creative ideas and generate publicity strategies to enhance PR campaigns, going beyond the role of the press office
Support senior team on campaign execution, events
Facilitate smooth day-to-day function of each account team, providing support as requested and required.
Consistently producing high quality internal and external communications content
Supporting with event logistics and production, partnerships and collaborations
Analyse coverage across online, offline and blogs, and leverage added value from all PR activity
Conduct research on both brands, products, and industry to support the development of client plans and new business proposals
General media monitoring across clients and all competitors
Developing weekly and monthly media reports for clients
Oversight and compilation of weekly client agendas
Skills and Experience
2-4 years of relevant working experience; hospitality/Lifestyle PR experience is preferred
Superior knowledge of media landscape and existing media contacts
Successful placement of client news in relevant luxury, hospitality, lifestyle mediaAbility to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal skill
Understand the digital world and can exhibit creative thinking
