For the role of Manager, Brand & Celebrity/Influencer Marketing Partnerships, BSG is seeking a unique and driven candidate with a marketing background and strong network, adept at developing authentic, meaningful celebrity and influencer marketing campaigns for brands. The right person will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience building large and small-scale programs for a range of clients. The individual should have a deep passion and strong knowledge of both culture and social media trends across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and tech.
Responsibilities will include executing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting BSG’s senior leadership on both strategy and execution of client celebrity and influencer marketing programs. Candidates must be very detail-oriented. Previous agency experience preferred and recommended. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Qualifications & Key Responsibilities include:
- Digital/social savvy with specific experience in developing and executing celebrity & influencer-led content and/or programs
- Ability to be a client-facing lead point person and manage the account relationship across multiple clients
- Ability to effectively synthesize and communicate program briefs and creative concepts both internally and externally
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with ability to generate client-facing content with correct grammar and spelling
- Strong presentation skills; ability to present effectively and efficiently both internally and externally Efficiently manage time to execute all tasks; deadline oriented
- Knowledge of the marketplace to advise on upcoming cultural and social trends Knows when to ask for help and escalate issues to senior leadership
- Strong PowerPoint skills that can be used to efficiently build out both large and small client-facing presentations in a clear and organized manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong project management skills, managing timelines and schedules to ensure campaigns and projects stay on track
