Position Description:

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to promote and sell Outfit’s product. This is a cross-functional role, critical to the success of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing sales strategies and researching new business opportunities.

- Generating, organizing and managing leads.

- Having an in-depth knowledge of Outfit’s product, value proposition and pricing, and being able to communicate this effectively to prospective clients.

- Developing relationships with prospective clients through face-to-face meetings (COVID-permitting), phone calls and emails.

- Creating and delivering client presentations, product walkthroughs and business proposals.

- Negotiating with prospective clients.

- Tracking the progress of the sales process using Salesforce.

- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

You will also be given creative freedom to participate in additional projects that may spark your interest.
