Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to support BMF’s mission of delivering extraordinary integrated creative marketing programs, through passionate execution of big ideas, close client partnerships, and exceptional client service.

She/he has 5-7 years’ digital marketing experience and a proven ability to manage client business and work in a collaborative team environment. Key attributes include: being a cultural contributor, a strong client counselor, and an organized, self-motivated professional dedicated to achieving client satisfaction and meeting and exceeding internal goals.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

- Manage day-to-day client relationships, following all BMF best practices

- Handle day-to-day client needs providing necessary information to all internal and external teams. Create and publish all necessary materials and reports to teams

- Execute digital and IRL programs, campaigns and events, including supporting on site where applicable and managing client expectations on site. Travel locally, nationally and internationally as necessary for the program and event location and needs

- Manage relationships with influencers, talent and vendors to ensure projects are executed flawlessly, including contract negotiations and deliverable oversight.

- Lead external client status calls as well as weekly internal project meetings

- Work hand-in-hand with strategy, design and finance to ensure all project elements are executed as needed and delivered to client on time and within budget

- Oversee budget management and communicate necessary updates and call-outs to clients

- Compile materials for weekly reports, activation decks, case studies/recaps, required client follow-ups

- Actively participate in brainstorm sessions for new RFPs

- Take up other project-specific responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Practice leads: consistently execute responsibilities assigned per project in a client-specific RASCI

Client Service

- Inspire the confidence of clients through presence, agile thinking, problem solving and attention to detail

- Develop excellent working relationships with counterparts on the client side and with other agency partners

- Manage client feedback, and take appropriate steps to address challenges/concerns

Performance Management and Talent Development

- Actively coach and nurture junior members of the team

- Work with your Manager to create a development plan for your career, then take responsibility for continually seeking to grow and develop yourself

Requirements:

- 5-7 years’ experience supporting the needs of clients in the digital marketing industry

- Proficiency in account and project management

- Past agency experience working with brands in the consumer space

- Proactive, agile, with a strong sense of urgency

- Ability to establish priorities and manage a dynamic and frequently-changing workload in a matrix management system with accountability to multiple stakeholders

- Highly organized and deadline oriented

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade others, build consensus, and work in a team

- Decisive team member who can establish clarity in the middle of distractions and time demands, making decisions that support the mutual interests of clients, staff and the agency

- Strong written and oral communication skills: able to write and speak with confidence in a broad range of situations

- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Keynote

- Bachelor’s degree

- Valid passport and ability to travel

- Demonstrates the highest ethical standards in every aspect of the work
