H&S is in search of a strategic, creative and culturally connected Associate Digital Strategist for its Brand Engagement team. The H&S Brand Engagement division consists of team of strategists, community builders, visual storytellers, content creators and communications choreographers.
Our full-service brand innovation practice is designed to build captivating, scalable, creative and engaging communities made of some of the world’s most notable diverse talent and celebrity partners, content creators, local industry leaders and influential partners.
This candidate will report into the Digital Strategist of Brand Engagement, playing an integral role in the development of award-winning, thumbstopping and engaging programs across the agency’s roster of clients.
-Support in the development of digital strategies across paid, owned and earned media platforms for consumer, food and beverage, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, spirits and technology brands.
-Dive quickly into current initiatives, supporting the creation of editorial frameworks, content briefs, calendars and presentations.
-Day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns including influencer identification, outreach (using platforms such as TAGGER), contracting, management, reporting, measurement and analytics.
-Lead and manage smaller-scale programs
-Help to oversee the development of short and long form video content within a digital, media publisher or public relations agency setting
-Support the development and management of virtual events across online and social platforms (e.g. Instagram, Zoom, Twitch, Twitter and YouTube)
-Manage and maintain content, influencer, talent and production workflow and provide support to external third-party production team, talent and designers
-Remain abreast of the changing social, digital and cultural landscape – looking for untapped opportunities and thinking to client programming
-Copywriting, social media community management and understanding of influencer marketing insights
-Support the Brand Engagement Team with in the administration (booking meetings, taking minutes, organizing client and entertainment events)
-Measure and report audience and content metrics
-Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, content or marketing or a related field
-Two to four years of digital and influencer marketing experience
-Thrive in a diverse environement and contribute to overall H&S culture
-Must be a BIG thinker who loves the details!

-Knowledge of pop culture and strong interest in entertainment, fashion, spirits, travel, hospitality, film, or television
-Strong writing and communications skills
-Design and presentation abilities (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe Suite)
-An interest in photography, videography, programming or other creative mediums
-Takes initiative and demonstrates flexibility when priorities shift
-Experience within the spirits, fashion, entertainment and travel industries highly preferred
In the wake of COVID-19, all positions are currently remote. We hope to have this person work onsite in our NYC, once offices resume opening pending the safety protocols in place surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak.
