The Brand Guild is looking for a motivated, clever and data-driven marketer to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator in the growing Digital Marketing Department. The Digital Department manages all digital media for accounts across the entire organization, including some of the most innovative consumer lifestyle, real estate and food and beverage brands in the country. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who is eager to grow, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a quick learner and is proficient in various digital ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.) We are looking for someone who loves to  delve into the data to create meaningful solutions to challenging problems.

Job Responsibilities:

-Create and shape digital marketing campaigns that will deliver on our clients’ goals for various phases of the marketing funnel

-Write compelling copy for digital campaigns, and various options to A/B test

-Build and optimize digital campaigns in-platform, recommending methods by which clients will get the most out of digital media spend

-Track deadlines and deliverables, working cross-functionally with our Creative Team and client teams to traffic assets

-Bring new ideas and solutions to the table to continuously optimize campaigns

-Evaluate campaign data and create reports on key metrics and data-driven recommendations

-Monitor news and developments in the digital media space to help keep the department and clients informed on the latest trends, policies and platforms impacting the digital landscape

-Work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and Senior Director of Marketing on the digital team to achieve top-notch results

-Provide project support for a variety of marketing functions and deliverables

Requirements:

Success in this role includes the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, collaborate and communicate across teams, and maintain a growth mindset.

-2-4 years of marketing experience

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

-Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically

-Desire to go above and beyond for our clients to provide them creative solutions to their biggest challenges

-Experience managing paid campaigns in Facebook/Instagram

-Experience reporting in Google Analytics

-Excellent writing and communication skills

-Proactive, reliable, organized and solutions-oriented

-Strong project management capabilities with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Strong client relations skills and the desire to drive our clients’ success
