Description:

We are seeking an Assistant to Talent Manager to join our team! Key activities include email communication, filing, data entry, office supply management, and running any additional tasks to help serve talent management and founders.

- Provide day to day assistance to talent managers in both administrative and office related tasks 

- Maintain talent campaign calendars and work with accounting on invoice dates 

- Submit insights and deliverables to talent clients at close of campaigns 

- Provide management with assistance with brand and talent communication 

- Coordinate talent travel logistics and product shipping 

- Accurately maintain talent files, both physical and electronic

Requirements:

- Previous experience in administrative or other related fields

- Works well under pressure and would be comfortable in a start-up environment where all employees are required to be flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary 

- Ability to build rapport with all employees and talent 

- Strong organizational skills 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
