SCAD seeks a director of public relations to help manage SCAD Atlanta’s reputation on the local, national, and international stages.In this position, you will coordinate with the university’s other directors of public relations to ensure comprehensive and consistent messaging and strategies across university locations. The director should have excellent public relations and crisis communications skills as well as deep knowledge of integrated marketing approaches.The ideal candidate has extensive public relations experience, with fashion, entertainment, architecture, design, and historic preservation preferred, and strong professional relationships with local Atlanta, regional, and national media contacts.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, four-year university- Five to seven years of public relations experience- Must be able to travel
