Description:

WHAT YOU DO:

-Act as a thought leader and strategic partner to Artistic Director, Creative & Content, in the development and evolution of brand identity, language and visuals – demonstrating clear understanding of brand and business priorities.

-Support the Artistic Director, Creative & Content, Company Founder and CMO, in upholding the creative direction and strategy for the Content and Creative teams, from concept through to execution – across the entire consumer journey and its touchpoints.

-Partner closely with the Director, Creative Operations on management of the Creative Planning Calendar (full overview of Content Roadmap) – ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and to high brand standard

-Provide creative stewardship and guidance in the Creative process from ideation and concepting through to execution, across a wide variety of projects, including: Brand Campaigns, Digital Activations, and Social Assets

-Collaborate with Brand team on strategic thinking and ideation following briefing on new creative projects and initiatives.

-Input to the campaign development from selection of agency partners, production talent to alignment on concepts, art direction, casting and the production of photo shoots and creative expression of Hourglass marketing assets across video, design, copy, and photography

-Bring forward the most innovative creative techniques, top talent and current industry trends and innovations across all relevant industries - driving vision and insights to creative ideation, strategy and production planning

-Provide additional senior level leadership to Creative and Content teams, acting as key support to Artistic Director, Creative & Content.

-Inspire, and develop Creative team members through project development, coaching, and performance management

Requirements:

-8-10+ years of experience within creative concepting, design and production in beauty, fashion or luxury

-Bachelor’s degree in design, or related creative spacePassion for creative brand development and storytelling, with strong vision

-Must be an excellent communicator, team player with natural confidence

-Authentic connection to Hourglass brand mission, and aesthetic

-Highly organized, with superior attention to detail

-Adaptable, resourceful and forward thinking

-Experience working at innovative, fast-paced startups or indie brands is a plus
