The Partnerships Manager will develop strategic partnerships for celebrity, influencer, and co-branded promotional and communications work on behalf of clients.
-Execute paid and unpaid strategic partnerships for brand campaigns: brand strategy ideation, negotiations with influencers and talent, contract execution, budget tracking, and KPI measurement
-Serve as one of client’s primary contacts, leading kick-off and weekly status calls as they relate to partnerships specific work; prepare and present project reporting, analyzing performance relative to the campaign objectives and providing actionable recommendations
-Develop key criteria for partner evaluations (celebrity, influencer, & brand) and build case studies to pitch partnerships for new business opportunities
-Consistently identify and maintain a pipeline of new influencer & talent partners by fostering and managing relationships within your network (agents, managers, publicists, etc.)
-Lead product seeding programs for Mission clients’ and develop creative ways to boost promotion of gifted products
-Act as a thought leader within Mission and an authority on best practices, trends, and industry standards related to talent marketing, social media, and PR
-Contribute with ideas and feedback for team and management meetings
-Stay organized and on top of projects including proactive follow-up both internally and externally
-3 – 5 years of relevant work experience within an advertising agency, digital agency, talent agency, PR or brand marketing role
-Experience in fashion, luxury, sports, pharmaceutical and entertainment brands a plus
-Experience executing small and large-scale influencer programs from start to finish across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat)
-Excellent written and oral communication skills; and comfortable with a client facing role
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment across multiple clients and projects
-Knowledgeable of cultural trends, social media and online developments
-Should have understanding and experience managing paid media process and reporting
-Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role
-Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
-Bachelor's degree required
