Description:

The Brand Guild is seeking a strategic thinker with 3+ years of experience who is eager to grow with our agency. The Strategy Coordinator will be a fundamental part of research efforts, new business development and our agency's overall growth.

The Strategy Coordinator will have the chance to see “behind the scenes” of national consumer brands, assist in the development and production of materials for prospective clients and impact the growth of our innovative full-service agency. S/he will manage the new business process, working closely with internal teams from each department to craft customized proposals and conduct research for presentations.

-Streamline and manage our new business process 

-Manage incoming new business inquiries via the website with prompt responses 

-Develop and deliver drafts of custom proposals and presentations for clients and prospective clients

-Research and write briefing documents for prospective clients and brand strategy clients

-Work with internal teams to identify new capabilities and develop case study examples 

-Create and maintain an updated library of agency case studies

-Assist with the handoff of new business to the account team, as well as internal and external onboarding of new clients

-Support the Senior Strategy Manager to conceive and execute marketing initiatives for The Brand Guild

-Improve and maintain new business pipeline database 

-Follow industry and client category trends and regularly share insights, thoughts and key findings

Requirements:

-3+ years of experience (experience in brand marketing and/or strategy, agency or start-up preferred)

-Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

-A passion for business, innovation, and consumer brand trends

-Ability to work collaboratively across entire team, from interns to senior staff

-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

-Project management skills that allow management of multiple projects at once, including evolving timelines and priorities

-A curious mind and experience conducting research
