CIIC PR, a boutique public relations agency with deep expertise in travel, tourism, and hospitality, is seeking smart, organized, and media-savvy Account Coordinators to join our growing Miami team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, travel, hospitality, and media relations who is ready to build their PR career within a dynamic national agency.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PR activities across key travel, tourism, and hospitality accounts.
• Create and maintain media lists, editorial calendars, and coverage trackers.
• Assist with the distribution of pitches, press releases, bios, fact sheets, and other press materials.
• Support client reporting, presentations, and meeting preparation.
• Assist with the coordination of influencer and press trips.
• Monitor media coverage, industry news, and emerging trends.
• Research journalists, media outlets, awards, and opportunities relevant to clients.
• Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, articles, pitches, and other written materials.
• Conduct research to support account initiatives and client projects.
• Collaborate with team members on client presentations and reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
• Support agency social media initiatives and content as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of internship or agency experience; travel and tourism experience is a plus.
• Strong writing, organizational, research, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Cision, Muck Rack, Meltwater, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Passion for media, storytelling, travel, and hospitality.Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Miami/Coral Gables area.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken skills.
