Description:

The Coordinator of Paid Media for Saks Fifth Avenue is responsible for supporting the strategic development, budgeting, execution, and measurement of all COOP-funded campaigns aimed at driving awareness and direct response goals (e.g., increasing engagement, driving sales).

The Coordinator is expected to support all day-to-day activities and when needed facilitate special projects. The Coordinator works hand-in-hand with agency and technology partners to ensure appropriate budgeting, accurate execution of campaigns, and alignment with Saks Fifth Avenue marketing and vendor/brand goals and objectives, challenging agency’s results and optimization.

-Campaign development and execution

-In partnership with agency and technology partners, execute and optimize all COOP-funded paid socialand display campaigns for Saks Fifth Avenue

-Challenge agency’s results and optimization methodology

-Work with Creative team to manage creative requests and asset trafficking

-Leverage best practices and key learnings from previous campaigns

-Measurement

-Lead reporting of COOP-funded media campaign performance, proactively communicate any issues to supervisor

-Ensure timely reporting of results from agency and tech partners

-Extract insight and learnings to inform future COOP-funded campaigns and tactics

-Proactively report key insights, learnings, and performance against KPIs to Director of Display for Saks Fifth Avenue

-Stay up to date with technology and innovation, embrace a test-and-learn philosophy

-Accounting

-Invoice management and reconciliation of COOP media budget

-Support optimization of COOP budget for Saks Fifth Avenue

-Work hand-in-hand with agency and technology partners to ensure alignment on budget

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Management)

-Minimum 1-2 years of full time experience managing media campaigns (e.g., paid social, display, search), including tracking planning and reporting

-Agency experience preferred

-Ability to leverage excel on a daily basis

-Strong financial business acumen and interpersonal skills

-Analytical with a comfort in dealing with numbers, reporting and in-depth analysis

-Proficiency in relevant ad platforms (e.g., StitcherAds, Criteo, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Adobe etc.)
