Description:

-Concept and build 360 marketing campaigns to support DTC exclusives or promotions, core products + new product launches

-Oversee merchandising of Hourglasscosmetics.com and Hourglasscosmetics.co.uk

-Craft unique site experiences for both the US & UK market

-Create & implement conversion-improving and sales-driving strategies to ensure we reach revenue goals

-Strategize growth of our email marketing program through automations, A/B testing, and/or innovative technology implementations

-Analyze data and campaigns results in Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to provide ongoing insights and improvements

Requirements:

-Proven track record of 5+ years of online marketing experience. eCommerce and digital marketing experience is strongly preferred.

-Previous direct-to-consumer experience will be highly regarded

-Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within fast-paced environment

-Needs to be a creative and analytical thinker and problem solver, thrive in fast-paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, have attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.

-Team player with no ego, willing to roll up their sleeves where no task is too large or small

-Experience working at innovative, fast-paced startups or indie brands is a plus
