The Content Creator plays a vital role in supporting the Company’s marketing goals through the development of engaging promotional content. This individual is responsible for creating and optimizing engaging and compelling content. Our goal is to inspire our customers with beautiful and engaging content that is developed for the specific brand channels. This role will focus on our main Instagram, retail instagrams, Facebook and TikTok, but also maintain Pinterest, Youtube and all other social media channels.

-Collaborating and communicating directly with the Founder/Creative Director, Creative Team and Marketing Team to develop, produce and execute social shoots to support the social channels.

-Design content, optimize and manage social assets across all channels. This content includes, but is not limited to social posts, ideating, videos, animated gifs, small design projects, long format videos and all other social media creative.

-Maintaining visual strategy calendars, keeping up with competitive research, best practices, emerging technologies and staying ahead of social trends.

-Self-art direct, design, photograph, video, retouch and video edit for the social platforms.

-Remain up-to-date on current and emerging social, lifestyle and fashion trends; continually provide research results to facilitate the identification of engagement opportunities and innovations.

-Maintain a thorough knowledge of trends and developments and best practices in online marketing strategies, platforms, and technology.

-Ideate, create and execute fresh social media content in our brand voice that aligns with creative direction and supports the brand vision. Ensure messaging and content successfully targets the specific audience for each social media platform.

-Interact with Senior Leaders and Marketing Team to gain a strong knowledge of the Company’s history, culture, fashion aesthetic, customer and goals. 

-Collaborate with Marketing Team to support active promotions and campaigns and to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.

-Generate and present ideas that push boundaries; discuss with the team, adapting when necessary to move the idea to the next level, along with taking ownership of moving the process from concept to execution.

-Analyze campaign and engagement data. Generate ideas for improving on current and developing new ways to market content through social media.


-3-5 years experience in social media or photography/video with strong sense of fashion/luxury aesthetic 

-Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, graphic design, photography, video and film knowledge

-Ability to interpret analytics with Social Media Coordinator + Social Media Director to develop creative content accordingly

-Experience in presenting and collaborating with senior leadership is a must

-Copywriting a must. Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills; can clearly articulate ideas with confidence to senior management. 

-Must be comfortable and able to self-art direct social shoots and design within the brand's identity and maintain consistency across each project 

-Must have an understanding of visual communication and an eye for brand aesthetics 

-Passion and understanding of social media, digital, photography, and marketing best practices 

-Must be extremely detail-focused 

-Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced creative environment 

-Must be comfortable working with various teams, and collaborate effectively while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and energetic demeanor to help foster an upbeat working environment
