He is a leading media personality specializing in overall health & wellness thru the mouth-body connection and has appeared on Dr. Oz , the Martha Stewart Show , NBC's Your Total Health , Fox News Channel and more.

Executive Assistant to Dr. Curatola is a full-time position to provide high-quality administrative support to him and the internal & external teams at Rejuvenation Health & Dentistry.

-Responsible for organizing and managing a demanding calendar including business and personal matters 

-Office administrative tasks and responsibilities pertaining to the Principal

-Assist with event & logistics planning for business dinners, business meetings, philanthropy, etc.

-Assist with managing media outlets and client relationships

-Respond to a heavy volume of emails/phone calls and directing messages accurately

-Coordinate speaking arrangements, conferences/events, appointments, travel arrangements, and organize itineraries

-Email and mail correspondence as well as coordinating mass emails

-Act as liaison between agencies and partners

-Collaborate with other staff to manage media, PR, website communications

-Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison for principal

Requirements:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office and Mac OSX; must be tech-savvy with understanding of social media platforms

-Professional mindset and the utmost discretion

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

-Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills

-Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable while managing multiple tasks and projects

-Valid US work authorization
