1. Client Servicing
• Develop, maintain and lead client relationships
• Develop a deep understanding of client’s business in order to deliver strategic and creative campaigns against briefs
• Provide considered counsel and feedback to clients on a day-to-day basis
• Pro-active day-to-day liaison with clients to ensure daily requirements are met
• Drive and lead client meetings. Present status updates in a professional & knowledgeable manner
• Lead projects from briefing to presentation, full implementation and delivery
• Proactively pitch new ideas to the client – ensure concepts are aligned with overall business/PR objectives and strategy
• Develop and execute engaging campaign activity relevant to the clients brief and key objectives
• Have an increasing amount of responsibility in driving account teams and client campaigns. Support AD in the provision of efficient client servicing
• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of potential issues facing your clients and offer appropriate solutions
• Develop, where possible, relationships with other areas of your client’s business outside of the core PR/Comms team
2. Campaign Management & Creativity
• Continue to generate media coverage and oversee team’s media output
• Drive new media angles and proactively create new ideas, ensuring optimum coverage at all times for clients – sell in stories to national, regional, broadcast, lifestyle, online & social media titles
• Utilise strong media contacts to leverage feature, coverage & content opportunities
• Develop and maintain senior media contacts and develop team media relations through introductions and face to face appointments
• Ensure b/vlogger outreach is integral to campaign output using a variety of assets (video, photo, competitions, copy)
• Event management including press trips, sponsored shoots, product launches and macro activity
• Build 360 product placement strategy and plans • B/vlogger identification plans, outreach and relationship management
• Excellent knowledge of social media landscape – provide strategic recommendations to clients, showing a comprehensive understanding of social media issues & its impact on PR/ Comms plans
• Support in the management and handling of potential issues/crisis situations
• Lead, organise and participate in internal brainstorming sessions
• Ensure team is monitoring media daily, including newspapers, magazines, broadcast, online & social channels for client opportunities and to keep abreast of competitor news – provide added value insight and counsel to clients
• Collate, analyse and evaluate media coverage
• Stay contemporary, keep abreast of industry trends, developments and opportunities and demonstrate new ideas and proactive ways of thinking to your clients
• Ensure regular internal meetings take place on all clients – with team roles and responsibilities established on a weekly basis
• Manage the delivery of weekly/monthly reports – ensure timely delivery for appropriate sign off
• Deliver internal and external documents with a keen attention to detail
• Ensure that all client & internal deadlines are respected and adhered to (for you & direct reports)

3. Proposals and New Business
• Identify opportunities to organically grow existing client business by proactively pitching more PR or Seen Group integrated ideas
• Ability to develop credentials and write new business proposals, as required
• Support senior team on new business opportunities – research, development and pitch
• Develop case studies to ensure pinnacle work is captured
• Negotiate effectively with clients where necessary, including client budgets and scope of work
• Engage with wider agency
• Ensure client is aware of the wider services on offer from the Seen Group
4. Financial
• Fully understand and manage client finances and billing processes
• Create budget planners for projects/ campaigns – ensure mark up is considered when billing (for non-transparent clients)
• Manage your client/team billing with Finance
• Provide POs on specific client activity
• Liaise with client on annual budget and for each campaign activity – ensure all budgets are approved by clients
• Support Finance with billing issues
• Monitor annual budget per client including expenses – on a monthly basis
• Demonstrate ability to grow client’s business and leverage the Seen Group
5. Business Skills & Integrated Communications:
• Act as a positive role model for your direct team, peers and across the wider business
• Ensure all direct reports and wider team is clear on their roles and responsibilities both short and long term
• Support development of junior team members
• Manage appraisals for direct reports - create KPIs and objectives during review processes
• Provide direction/leadership, support and guidance for any direct reports
• Manage upwards ensuring excellent communication with your senior team
• Demonstrate positive contribution to the whole Seen Group – beyond your day-to-day account/client work
• Implement any other reasonable duties in line with the post which may be required
