Full-Time PR Account Manager (Remote)

KCM Connect is a boutique PR, influencer marketing, and experiential agency representing brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, food & beverage, and tech. We work with clients in Los Angeles, New York, and beyond, creating impactful PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and high-profile experiential events, including New York Fashion Week, Coachella, the Hamptons, and Art Basel.
We're looking for a passionate and experienced PR Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position, and we're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and excited to help build brands through creative public relations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day PR activities for multiple client accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, producers, influencers, and media contacts
- Develop creative PR strategies and media angles
- Write press releases, pitches, and other client communications
- Secure media placements across print, digital, broadcast, and podcasts
- Coordinate product mailings and media outreachTrack coverage and prepare client reports
- Participate in client calls and strategy meetings
- Support product launches, events, and experiential activations when needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of PR experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong media relationships, particularly in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer products
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotelyPositive attitude and strong work ethic
