A Manhattan-based, public relations and digital marketing firm is seeking a freelance public relations specialist with experience securing luxury lifestyle and property coverage in Asian-based outlets.
Project work would include publicizing luxury real estate developments located in New York that appeal to a global, affluent audience. Our goal is to elevate the profile of our clients in the Asian market – including but not limited to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.
- A demonstrated track record of securing coverage in major Asian-based media outlets
- Working relationships with editors, reporters and freelance writers covering luxury lifestyle, design, real estate and business related topics
- Experience in engaging with and writing to Chinese editors fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Working knowledge and/or appreciation of real estate, architecture, interior design and luxury goods
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Works well in a collaborative environment
Social media and digital marketing expertise is a plus but not a requirement. Specifically, we are looking for:
- Recommendations to expand awareness on platforms such as Weibo and WeChat
- Experience with social media influencer collaborations with individuals that appeal to a high-net-worth audience
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
