Manages major communications projects, successfully navigating the client through their requirements to deliver outstanding end results while managing expectations en route. Ensures that projects are executed in a manner consistent with the strategic and creative objectives, budget, timetable, and agency’s quality standards.

-Builds and maintains strong partnerships with client and extended teams to manage multiple projects from start to finish

-Inquisitive about client requests and translates them into insightful recommendations and solutions

-Maintains strategic and creative integrity throughout execution Responsibilities

-Develops and maintains an effective working relationships with client counterparts at multiple levels; has a strong presence and partners with clients to implement solutions and measure results.

-Champions the agency perspective convincingly with Clients. Is persuasive and articulate when communicating work and ideas.

-Adept at working in close partnership and driving integration with all key stakeholders including partner agencies.

-Participates in the development of creative/technology/media/research strategies.

-Provides status of individual projects and keeps supervisor(s) up to date.

-Oversees the development and accuracy of project timelines and budgets.

-Oversees junior staff and work product


-BA in Marketing or related degree   

-Minimum 4-5 years’ agency experience within account management

- Experience in pharma or healthcare a must

-Launch experience a must

-Integrated experience (traditional and digital, web development, CRM)

- Contributes to strategic thinking and can effectively manage multiple projects

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and developing confident presentation skills

-Demonstrated account leadership, initiative and willingness to assume greater responsibility

-Ability to work seamlessly in multi-faceted environments, and have a demonstrated ability to partner with creative teams to develop great work

-Strong creative instincts and passion for helping develop and sell great work

- Must have strong problem-solving skills

-Experience managing and mentoring junior team members

-Demonstrates a curiosity in trends/outside interest – a big picture awareness 

-Optimistic personality/independent thinker, and can-do attitude
