Responsibilities include:
- Serve as day-to-day account point person to multiple clients executing multiple strategies; leading pitching efforts to secure top-tier press coverage and proactively leading all points of client relations
- Manage end to end client experience; from onboarding to ongoing results- focused execution; developing strong storylines and narratives for pitches, press materials and concepts
- Have complete understanding of client messaging and explicit company/brand goals in order to positively and consistently execute results-focused campaigns and identify the right strategic partners
- Oversee all client deliverables regularly marketing back work both externally and internally including weekly and monthly reporting, call and meeting agendas, recaps with actionable and owned next steps
- Proactively provide internal feedback on how we can improve the agency’s success through optimized customer engagement and process improvements
- 8-10 years experience
- Must have PR agency background
- Proven network of a broad range of earned media contacts
