The Role

In an exciting and evolutionary time for the business, we are looking to grow with a Talent and Brand Partnerships Manager at Mason Rose. As part of the Studio team and reporting to the Director of Studio, Content, Marketing and Partnerships, you will take full ownership of our talent and influencer offering while simultaneously driving brand partnership strategies on behalf of our hotel clients, working alongside PR, Sales and Marketing to execute best-in-class projects from start to end. This is a role for someone creatively and commercially savvy, who understands that the most powerful collaborations in luxury are built on the right relationships. On the talent side, you will build and manage the strongest possible network of influencers and creators that Mason Rose can activate across its portfolio, championing barter and gifted partnerships and managing campaigns from strategy through to delivery. On the brand side, you will identify, develop, and manage meaningful partnerships for our clients, from co-branded campaigns and commercial arrangements to exclusive access opportunities that connect hotel clients with high-net-worth individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Own and continuously evolve Mason Rose's influencer and talent catalogue, ensuring it reflects the best personalities across luxury travel, lifestyle, food, fashion, and culture at every relevant tier.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influentials, talent agents, and content creators, positioning Mason Rose as the go-to agency for luxury hospitality talent partnerships.
  • Educate and collaborate with the wider PR team on the above, ensuring that all campaigns are seamless and effective for both clients and talent - from pitching and negotiating deliverables to follow-up.
  • Proactively generate new partnership opportunities on behalf of hotel clients through outreach, industry research, and trend monitoring, bringing a pipeline mentality to both talent and brand partnerships and consistently identifying prospects that align with client positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Nurture and maximise existing brand partner relationships, ensuring no opportunity is left on the table and that long-term partners are continuously activated in ways that deepen value for both the client(s) and the partnership itself. 
  • Develop and deliver co-branded campaigns, commercial and affiliate partnerships, and B2C activations across both Sales, Marketing, and PR.
  • Build compelling proposals and presentations for new talent and brand partnership initiatives, bringing ideas that are creative, commercially sound, and right for each client's positioning.
  • Represent Mason Rose Studio at industry events, creator community gatherings, and brand and luxury networking occasions, actively growing the agency's profile and pipeline in both spaces.
  • Work closely with the wider client marketing, content, and PR teams to ensure talent and brand partnerships are fully integrated into broader campaign strategies.
  • Track and report on performance across both disciplines, working to clear targets and KPIs and providing clients and the wider team with ROI-focused analysis, well-considered recommendations, and measurable evidence of value delivered.

About You

  • Proven experience spanning both influencer and talent marketing and brand partnerships, with a strong sense of how both disciplines work within a luxury or premium context.
  • An established network across talent, agents, and brand contacts in the luxury lifestyle, travel, or hospitality space.
  • Experience managing barter and gifted campaigns, with an understanding of how to structure these effectively for both client and creator.
  • A track record of identifying, pitching, and converting brand partnership opportunities, including co-branded activations, commercial arrangements, and experiential or event-based collaborations.
  • Strong commercial instincts, able to negotiate and manage partnerships of varying scale and complexity across a diverse client portfolio.
  • Results-oriented, with a clear understanding of how to measure impact and communicate ROI across both talent and brand partnership activity.
  • A natural relationship builder who is personable, credible, and energised by events and in-person networking.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns, talent relationships, and partnership conversations simultaneously without compromising on quality.
  • A proactive, ideas-led individual who takes ownership and brings new opportunities to the table without being asked.
