From private villas in Crete and luxury hotels in Paris to award-winning resorts in St. Barth and the Italian Alps, we specialize in securing high-impact media coverage that elevates brands and drives business results.

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic publicist with 5+ years of agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about luxury travel, hospitality, design, wellness, architecture, and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, skilled media strategist, and natural leader who can confidently manage client relationships, oversee junior team members, and drive meaningful media results.

Client and Team Leadership

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client accounts.
  • Lead client communications with professionalism, responsiveness, and strategic counsel.
  • Manage internal workflows to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
  • Mentor and oversee Account Executives, providing edits, guidance, and strategic direction.
  • Lead client calls, presentations, and meetings while preparing agendas, recaps, and action plans.
  • Build strong client relationships founded on trust, results, and proactive communication.

Media Relations and Storytelling

  • Develop and execute creative, results-driven media relations strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier travel, hospitality, design, architecture, real estate, lifestyle, and business media.
  • Lead pitching efforts and personally manage high-priority media opportunities.
  • Secure meaningful coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify trend-driven story angles and proactive opportunities that position clients as industry leaders.

Strategy and Content Development

  • Develop strategic public relations plans aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  • Oversee creation and editing of press releases, media alerts, talking points, award submissions, and other communications materials.
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to uncover new media and partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to new business development efforts, including proposals and presentations.

Press Trips, Events, and Influencer Relations

  • Assist in planning and execution of media visits, press trips, and industry events.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and visiting journalist programs.
  • Vet media and influencer opportunities to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication across internal teams, clients, and media partners.
  • Help oversee client event execution from concept through completion.

Reporting and Account Performance

  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of media coverage and campaign results.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, coverage recaps, and presentation materials.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for continued growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of public relations experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Experience working with luxury travel, hospitality, real estate, design, and wellness.
  • Strong existing relationships with national and international media with recommendations to match.
  • Proven success securing high-profile media coverage.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience mentoring and managing junior team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Workspace, Muck Rack, and media monitoring platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary Range

  • $80,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience.
