We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of public relations agency experience, exceptional media relations skills, strong writing abilities, and a passion for luxury travel and hospitality.
This is an opportunity to work directly on high-profile international accounts while helping shape creative media strategies for some of the world's best hospitality brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive media relations strategies for luxury hospitality clients.
- Draft personalized pitches and secure meaningful media coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and social channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, writers, producers, freelancers, influencers, and content creators.
- Monitor industry trends, media opportunities, and client coverage.
- Manage and fulfill incoming media requests.
- Assist in coordinating and executing press trips, individual media stays, retail collaborations, and media events.
- Draft press releases, media alerts, award submissions, fact sheets, and other client materials.
- Prepare error-free client reports, media recaps, and coverage analyses.
- Participate in client calls and maintain regular client communication.
- Assist with strategic planning, story development, partnerships, and creative campaign ideation.
- Monitor industry trends and client coverage.
- Draft and execute personalized pitches for media to ensure a robust pipeline of media coverage for each account.
- Research new business opportunities and support agency growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client service and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of public relations experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, luxury, or design.
- Proven experience securing media coverage and cultivating journalist relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Muck Rack, Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and media monitoring platforms.
- Passion for travel, hospitality, luxury brands, and storytelling.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.

Annual salary ranging from $56,000-$70,000, commensurate with years of experience and media relationships.
