Your analytical skills are tough to beat, and you must be able to strategize a best course of action based on research, data and measurement. We want you to have varied industry experience, but of course, if you have favorites, we understand. Were you an integral (if not leading) member of a team that developed a full-scale social media marketing strategy and digital campaign? Do you find yourself obsessing about all things data, social, web, and mobile? If so, then you’re it for us!

Responsibilities Include:

• Execute and manage social marketing and digital strategies for campaigns.

• Assist with brainstorming strategic and impactful campaign ideas, initiatives, and activities.

• Responding to client requests and ensure requests are taken care of in an efficient manner.

• Support administration of accounts including developing agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, client status reports and budget trackers.

• Considered a thought-leader of sorts, for the agency and clients.

• Managing complex client issues and will see the client through stressful situations that will require thoughtful counsel.

• Leading new business meetings, creating proposals as needed.

• Conduct media planning research prior to execution and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimization.

• Lead execution of social/paid ad campaigns based upon client goals and objectives

• Stay on top of trends and changing platforms across all forms of social media

• Provide project management support (timelines, budgets)

• Manage the development of unique POVs about the current digital and social landscape

• Assist in conceptualizing public relations and marketing strategies and ensuring that quality and relevant coverage is executed as developed.

Requirements:

• You have at least 10 years working in PR, specific experience working on digital/social strategies and campaigns. If you don’t and think you can hack it, we’ll hear you out!

• You’ve managed a team with direct oversight for at least 5 years (of those 10 mentioned above).

• You have strong reporting and analytical skills. Data is your friend.

• You are familiar with a variety of social media platforms and reporting tools such as (but not limited to): NetBase, HYPR, Google Analytics, and Trendkite; we welcome best practices and latest learnings

• You bring experience managing paid media, platform analytics and listening tools

• You’ve managed and executed social media ads with proven results

• You have demonstrated success securing top-tier press placements that have an impact on the client’s bottom line.

• You are a strategic partner with internal and external stakeholders and can think outside the box to create insightful and impactful media moment.

• You believe yourself to be excellent at pitching new business – confidence is key!

• You are a strategic thinker, bring new ideas to the table, and love a good brainstorm.

• You have strong decision-making abilities and accountability; this is an important role, own it!

• You have an innate curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit…have a suggestion on making something better? We encourage you to do it!

• You are incredibly organized, detailoriented (see what I did there?), and able to excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• You’re willing to work select evenings/weekends and travel when necessary – our clients often need us to GO, GO, GO!

• You enjoy overdelivering rather than meeting expectations and take genuine pride in being part of something good.

• You can work independently and are able to build relationships with bi-coastal teams.

You don’t HAVE to have this, but it sure would be nice:

• Previous experience using influencer research tools like Celebrity Intelligence, IMDb Pro, HYPR.
