Walker Drawas is a fashion, beauty and entertainment agency specializing in connecting consumer and luxury brands with celebrities through a variety of specialized services. We work hand and hand with celebrity stylists for red carpet events, press tours and gifting opportunities. This is a perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door for the fashion industry and create professional relationships. We are currently looking for interns for the upcoming Awards Season. 

This internship is unpaid, but academic credit is available for students. This is also a great steppingstone for those available to seek experience in public relations and the fashion industry. Walker Drawas is looking for hard working, self-starters that can keep up with a fast-paced environment. Interns must be available 3 days per week from the hours of 9am-6pm, Monday thru Friday. This is a three to four-month program. 

Responsibilities to Walker Drawas:

-Showroom opening/closing procedures

-Assist with sample trafficking, shipments and inventory management

-Greet stylists and handle showroom appointments

-Bagging up samples

-Merchandising and maintaining the aesthetic of the showroom

-Ensure stockroom is well organized and clean at all times

-Assist the VIP Manager with processing gifting requests

-Create seeding and showroom lookbooks

-Assist in curating and developing target lists, contact sheets, etc.

--Researching new trends, targets, and stylists o Update contact lists with new addresses and team e-mails

-Doing pick-up/drop-offs with merchandise, FedEx/DHL/UPS drop-offs

-Outlook any celebrity placements on social media and news sites

-On-hand work at events


-Ownership for specific projects with little or no direct supervision

-Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask o Manage and prioritize multiple projects and adjust to changes made to previously agreed upon deadlines  

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Computer skills and some social networking (Office, Adobe, Canva, IG)

-Owns Apple laptop to properly complete projects of the day

-Has valid driver’s license and working car to use throughout internship program o Pick-ups, drop-offs, and FedEx runs are common intern tasks (Walker Drawas reimburses all mileage when on these runs)

-Develop respect and collaborate with the team, fellow interns, and clients

-Ability to provide input, ideas and think critically
