We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into seamless real-world experiences.
This role is equal parts strategist, operator, problem-solver, and producer. At TWENTY6, production is more than logistics—it’s about creating moments people remember. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-focused, creatively minded, and calm under pressure. You’re just as comfortable building timelines and managing budgets as you are onsite making quick decisions and keeping everything moving. You don’t just execute events—you elevate them.
The cool things you’ll do
- Event & Activation Production Lead end-to-end production and execution across events, activations, and experiential campaigns for TWENTY6 clients—from initial planning through final wrap.
- Project & Operational Management Own project management workflows including timelines, budgets, production schedules, staffing plans, run of shows, vendor coordination, and onsite logistics to ensure flawless execution.V
- endor & Partner Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, fabricators, suppliers, staffing agencies, freelancers, and production partners to bring creative concepts to life efficiently and effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with strategy, creative, talent, influencer, PR, and client service teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and aligned with client goals and brand vision.
- Onsite Event Leadership Lead onsite execution including load-in/load-out, vendor management, troubleshooting, team coordination, and real-time problem solving during live events and activations.
- Budget & Production Sourcing Source materials, vendors, and production solutions that strike the right balance between creativity, quality, efficiency, and budget management.
- Strategic Problem Solving Anticipate operational challenges before they arise and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving smoothly under tight timelines.
- Process & Systems Development Help build scalable production systems, workflows, and operational efficiencies as the agency continues to grow and evolve.
- Team Coordination Support junior team members, freelancers, and event staff through strong communication, clear direction, and collaborative leadership.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, brand activations, or a related field.
- A highly organized project manager who can confidently juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities, and fast-moving timelines.
- Proven experience executing high-quality events and activations from concept through completion.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure—you know how to pivot quickly and problem solve in real time.
- Strong negotiation skills and existing vendor or production partner relationships are a major plus.
- A creative thinker with strong executional instincts and a solutions-first mindset.
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, whether you’re building a production plan or onsite moving furniture five minutes before doors open.
- Strong communication and client management skills with the ability to confidently navigate high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required for events and activations.
- A positive, team-first attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working within agency environments and across industries including fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands is highly valued.
- Experience managing freelancers, production crews, or junior team members is a plus.
