BMF is seeking a Senior Account Director/Vice President to join its Public Relations division. This is a senior leadership role for a highly strategic, integrated communications professional who can lead a portfolio of high-profile lifestyle and consumer brands with confidence and impact.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across media relations, influencer engagement, brand partnerships, and integrated campaign development, with a strong pulse on culture and the ability to translate insights into compelling, results-driven programs.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive day-to-day business while mentoring teams, managing senior client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring strategic excellence and flawless execution.
• Serve as a senior client counselor, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Develop and drive integrated PR strategies that deliver culturally relevant impact and measurable results.
• Oversee media strategy, securing top-tier coverage across national, lifestyle, and industry outlets.
• Guide influencer and partnership strategies to amplify brand storytelling.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering growth and a strong team culture.
• Identify and support new business opportunities and organic account growth.

• 8–12+ years of experience in public relations, with a focus on beauty, lifestyle, consumer, or wellness brands.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and leading integrated campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Deep media relationships across key verticals (lifestyle, business, wellness, etc.).
• Highly strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
