Stanton & Company is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Account Executive to lead health, wellness, lifestyle, and consumer brand accounts. This role offers the opportunity to work with purpose-driven brands and thought leaders, crafting PR campaigns that drive visibility, credibility, and impact. You’ll leverage your media expertise, storytelling skills, and strategic thinking to elevate clients and shape compelling narratives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns for lifestyle, consumer, and personal brands
  • Craft compelling story angles and pitch top-tier media, content creators, and influencers across print, digital, broadcast, podcasts, and social platforms
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end: press materials, product launches, media events, creative mailers, and influencer partnerships
  • Support and amplify media interviews, creative initiatives, and experiential events
  • Build and manage brand collaborations and influencer partnerships
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and reporting, and proactively address client needs
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy agency culture

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4–6+ years of PR experience in agency or in-house roles, ideally in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, consumer brands, personal PR, or thought leadership
  • Strong media relations, pitching, and storytelling skills; familiar with evolving platforms, including affiliate marketing, Substack, and social media campaigns
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
  • Social media savvy, comfortable integrating digital strategies with PR efforts
  • Charismatic, high-energy team player with a passion for health, wellness, and active living
  • Trend-aware in wellness, beauty, entrepreneurship, lifestyle, and influencer marketing to drive partnership and sponsorship opportunities
