Description:

As a Content Producer at JPR, you play a crucial role within the social media team, delivering creative content for JPR’s clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You have a passion for social media, are an up-and-coming subject matter expert in best practices for Facebook and Instagram, and stay ahead of the curve when it comes to creating beautiful and engaging content. You contribute strategically and tactically to the success of each social media campaign, executing all aspects of content production: assisting with scoping, collaborating to bring concepts to life, scheduling, sourcing/booking/ organizing talent and influencers, planning props / booking any potential vendors, shooting, editing, finalizing end stays, and delivering the final products to clients.  As a driver on content missions, you are organized, thorough, and resourceful in planning ahead and in solving day-to-day challenges. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Content Production:

-Liaise with account teams to understand overarching client goals, and then connect those to content mission goals, shot lists and itineraries

-Schedule, hire and procure in advance the appropriate models, influencers, vendors, and props for content shoots

-Liaise with client contact(s) to confirm itinerary and shoot flow, working with them to ensure they have scheduled/booked everything internally

-Execute end-to-end content creation efforts (video, photo, graphic) at on-property shoots, managing small productions as you go (locations, set pieces, talent, etc.)

-Create realistic deadline expectations with client for image delivery and uphold on deadlines

-Execute post-production efforts (editing per specific brand guidelines, photoshopping as necessary, cropping, etc.) for all content shoots in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop 

-Create system for the meticulous management of content archives for each client and ensure content is archived and easily accessible 

-Mentor junior team members in their growth as content creators

-Liaise and communicate with clients while capturing content and planning content missions

Social Content Strategy and Execution:

-Work with clients and internal teams to understand and achieve project goals, while also mentoring junior members of the social team

-Facilitate project communication around content needs so client and team are informed and ready and able to execute

-Be an avid storyteller through imagery and captions

-Create content calendars using produced content and UGC

-Brainstorm and ideate engaging social posts—be as impactful and discerning with words as you are with visuals

-Develop influencer and model / talent relationships

-Offer insights on account/ role best practices as it relates to improving content creation flow and process

-Have knowledge of social reporting, as well as paid social tactics and reporting

-Stay educated and ahead of trends regarding Instagram story tools, templates, and practices

Requirements:

-Excellent photography skills including adjusting apertures, shutter speeds and camera focus based on a combination of factors such as lighting, field depth, subject motion, etc

-Eye for social media specific composition 

-Video editing and/or drone photography a plus 

-Computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Excellent client relations skills

-Excellent interpersonal skills

-Excellent organizational skills

-Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

-Basic understanding of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

-Foundational understanding of Influencer engagement

Experience:

-College Degree or comparable experience required 

-2-4 years professional experience working in photography, content production, and/or social media/digital marketing at a leading agency or global luxury/premium brand

-Proven experience in / ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously

-Past experience must include creative content development and production with deep knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom

-Agency experience preferred

-Travel and/or hotel industry experience preferred
