Description:

Outfit is a next-generation digital platform that connects event producers directly with talent through an online marketplace. Brands can hire all of their event staff in one place, while creatives who moonlight as bartenders, servers and brand ambassadors can use Outfit to market their personal profiles.

Our current clients include MoMA, Public Hotels, Coach and a variety of creative agencies. As a rapidly growing EventTech start-up, it’s all hands on deck in the Outfit office. We’re a small and progressive team committed to seamless event staffing where talent are part of the party.

We’re looking for a superstar Human Resources Intern to join us for approximately 10 hours per week from November to January. Our intern will primarily be responsible for implementing our talent recruitment strategy to add fresh faces to our existing pool of 250+ talent. This could involve:

- Driving recruitment campaigns across New York, Miami and Los Angeles

- Managing communications with prospective and existing talent

- Reviewing talent applications

- Conducting interviews and onboarding prospective talent

- Creating and executing other recruitment ideas as the intern see fit

Our intern will also need to feel comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping with miscellaneous tasks around the office. These could range from client research and project management to general administrative support.

Requirements:

We are looking for high-achieving individuals who will deliver results, benefit from the internship and fit in well with the team. We encourage applications from people who demonstrate the following qualities:

- A genuine interest in learning more about start-ups, human resources, experiential marketing, public relations and/or events

- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude and willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ whenever help is needed

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- An ability to take ownership of tasks

- An intrinsic sense of hustle

Previous work experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
