Roles & Responsibilities: 

Administrative:

-Assist with sample requests, digital mailers, online orders, and showroom pulls. Track history as items are sent/received to various influencers and bloggers, including timely return (if loaned).

-Shipping packages to digital influencers and will handle all fedex logistics, tracking and follow up. 

-Managing and developing digital influencer contact list

-Coordinate with other administrative functions to schedule and execute tasks in an efficient and streamlined set of processes

-Replenishing the showroom following digital appointments

-Assist in inventory and entering stock into fashion GPS when appropriate

Digital:

-Day-to-day account management of client influencer campaigns including (and not limited to) mailings, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, agendas and topline reporting

-Create unique content for agencies Instagram channel

-Invite and secure digital influencers to attend client events.

-Monitor and benchmark social media activities of other competing brands

-Identify and track emerging trends, initiatives, and vendors in the digital space and develop relevant client applications

-Maintain and establish industry contacts with digital influencers and bloggers across the fashion, lifestyle, fitness, and beauty sectors.

-Assisting the digital internship program: setting up interviews, help managing interns, etc.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred

-1-2 years experience

-Strong influencer knowledge across Mega, Macro and Micro influencers

-Excellent communication skills

-Time management skills and ability to multi-task.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment

-Detail oriented and organized

-Must possess superior understanding of existing social media landscape including new and innovative tools, platforms, vendors, and technologies

-Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.

-Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment.

-In-depth knowledge, understanding and experience with Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, Blogs etc.)
