The A List is seeking a motivated Showroom Coordinator who will be responsible for the overall organization and management of the showroom and who will support our fashion team at large. This is an entry-level position ideal for a candidate who is eager to get his or her foot in the door of the entertainment / fashion industry and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Clients Include: Under Armour, Madewell, Aritzia, J.Crew, dosist, Clase Azul, Allbirds, David Koma, and more! 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

-Managing the trafficking of samples going in & out of the showroom with the assistance of Fashion GPS

-Maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom including merchandising, layout and stock levels 

-Supporting account executives with general administrative duties 

-Booking all messengers + Fedex/UPS/DHL pick-ups/send-outs and monitoring all corresponding costs for fashion clients 

-Recruiting & managing fashion interns

-Assisting with A List events

-Handling showroom pull requests and booking all appointments

-Assisting in showroom appointments as needed

-Sending weekly client reports

-Unpacking and organizing merchandise from daily shipments 

-Tracking placements/hits via photo sites and social media

-Bachelor’s degree
