INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
CARO is looking for a hard-working, self-motivated and passionate PR/Communications intern to join our team for three days a week. You will work directly with the agency's executives supporting them in the VIP, PR/PRESS divisions as well as on creative projects including showroom maintenance and VIP relations and event planning. Crafting PR materials such as press releases, media pitches operating with in-house software systems. In return, you will get to learn the ins and outs of creative and strategic branding for cutting- edge brands. This position is for someone ready to embark on an exciting and challenging journey looking to build a body of work and advance their career in Fashion Marketing, Digital, PR, and Communications. Light errands will be required from time to time. Will consider moving this position to paid depending on experience and how quickly you get through training.
REQUIREMENTS/NECESSARY SKILLS FOR RECRUITMENT:
-Previous experience in a fashion or marketing related position/internship
- Retail experience ok
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential
-Analytical and creative with a can-do attitude and great organization skills
-Up to speed with the entertainment world and fashion blogs, trends, and the editorial world
-Tech savvy: digital & social media
