Account Manager, VIP Relations:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as account lead for around 10+ accounts

Regularly pitch influencers for organic gifting and dressing opportunities

Lead calls with high-profile clients and guide them through VIP team initiatives

Understand each client's needs and branding

Contract negotiations for placements and attendance

Manage gifting initiatives with support from coordinator and interns

Update records to reflect the gifting strategies of each brand

Contribute to cross-departmental PR brainstorms and brand strategies, especially for launches, seasonal moments, and events

Passion for coaching junior team members as it relates to client care

Oversee 1-5 Account Managers and Coordinators

Work with other VIP account leads to create synergies across clients and talent

Constantly research and recommend new VIP talent for gifting opportunities, showroom appointments, events, etc.

Negotiate with top agents to secure competitive rates (when budget is provided) or push for organic partnerships for appearances, social deliverables, and more.

Lead introductory calls with newly signed brands to gauge current participation and key targets in the influencer space.

Work closely with SVP to draft event verbiage and outreach plans as well as other detailed responses to key clients.

Step in on client calls to discuss big picture strategy or out-of-scope requests.

Execute high-level deals with short lead times for top clients

Handle any reactive gifting requests by circulating requests to the account leads

Approve PTO requests and adjust schedule per needs

Handle FOH communications for large-scale events with between 350-5,000 attendees.

Approve showroom appointments and check avail sheets to make sure all brands are aligned with visiting talent.

Conduct routine sweeps of CLD Instagram DMs to ensure all pending influencer requests are handled.

Experience onboarding ShopMy affiliates. Setting up new creators, activating links and codes, and guiding them through the platform.

Previous knowledge of tracking and reporting performance. monitoring sales, clicks, and conversions to identify top performers and optimize outreach.

Strategic recruitment.

Has experience identifying and onboarding new affiliates who align with brand goals and reach our target audience, specifically within the beauty and luxury skincare space.

Ideally, someone who has worked directly with high-end skincare brands or creators in the luxury beauty category and already has a strong roster or network in mind.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

3-4 Years experience in Influencer Relations

Experience with a wide variety of clients preferred

Fashion GPS experience preferred

Large rolodex of influencers and their team friendlies

Experience with both paid and organic placements

YAMM experience preferred
