About the Role
Moresco PR + Communications is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager / Content Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of multiple client social media accounts – managing everything from strategy and content creation to analytics and community engagement. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and clients to plan, create, and execute organic social campaigns that bring complex ideas to life in accessible, visually compelling ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality graphics, videos, and carousels aligned with client goals and brand aesthetics.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts that translate complex health and science topics into approachable, shareable content.
- Manage posting schedules, analytics tracking, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with clients and the internal team on content planning, approvals, and creative direction.
- Oversee community management (comments, DMs, engagement) when needed per client.
- Take initiative in improving processes, exploring new trends, and identifying growth opportunities for both clients and the agency.
