REQUIREMENTS:

The Role

  • Lead strategic planning and day-to-day counsel across a portfolio of luxury and spirits brands, ensuring work is insight-led, earned-first, and culturally sharp
  • Oversee and mentor a team of 8+, fostering excellence, accountability, and creative confidence
  • Build and maintain top-tier media, influencer, and industry relationships across luxury, lifestyle, and culture
  • Concept, develop, and execute high-impact launches, experiences, and events, from intimate tastemaker moments to large-scale activations
  • Stay ahead of cultural and category trends, offering forward-thinking guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Play a key role in business development, client growth, and agency momentum
  • Champion a collaborative, high-performance culture, mentoring talent at every level

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of public relations experience, with deep expertise in luxury and lifestyle (spirits experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success leading large, complex client portfolios with confidence and autonomy
  • Strong background in event strategy, production, and experiential storytelling
  • Demonstrated business acumen, including managing a profitable group or practice
  • Exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and relationship-building ability
  • A sharp point of view on culture, media, and how luxury brands win today
