H&H is seeking an Account Coordinator to support and grow our Art & Design Division. This is an early-career role ideal for a PR professional with some agency experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility, contribute meaningfully to client work, and grow quickly within a boutique agency environment.

Role Overview | Account Coordinator, Art & Design

The Account Coordinator (AC) supports the execution of day-to-day client work, applying core PR skills across media relations, content development, research, and reporting to keep accounts running smoothly. Working closely with Account Executives and Directors, the AC ensures accuracy, organization, and momentum across accounts. As a boutique agency with a diverse client roster, this role may also involve supporting clients and projects within our Brand & Lifestyle Division as needed. This role is designed for someone who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to be client facing and build long-term media relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day client work across media outreach, content development, and reporting
  • Assist with client deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution
  • Draft press materials, pitches, newsletters, and social content
  • Support media outreach and pitching efforts
  • Lead smaller initiatives independently as appropriate, with guidance from senior team members
  • Build, maintain, and update targeted media lists using PR databases
  • Track coverage, maintain organized reporting, analytics, and media tracking documents
  • Conduct research, monitoring, and analytics reporting to measure results
  • Serve as a reliable first layer of execution, enabling AEs and Directors to focus on strategy
  • Spearhead scheduling, research, and administrative tasks to maintain team efficiency
  • Provide logistical coordination for events, press activities, and media moments
  • Attend industry events and appointments when appropriate, building professional relationships
REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience at a PR agency
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • A fast learner who can keep pace in a fast-moving environment while juggling multiple priorities and directives simultaneously.
  • Proactive, positive and solutions-oriented
  • Working knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Familiarity with PR databases/tools such as Muck Rack, Cision, PR Newswire, etc.

Compensation: $50K/year to $55K/year
