The Role

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Beauty & Lifestyle division. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of public relations and is eager to grow within a dynamic agency environment.

As an Account Executive, you will support the execution of strategic PR programs while building strong media relationships, contributing creative ideas, and helping brands show up authentically across today’s media landscape. You’ll work closely with managers and directors to bring campaigns to life, manage day-to-day client activity, and deliver results that align with modern consumer expectations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Be an active member of the team that creates strategic communication plans, including media opportunities, tactics, and timelines consistent with the overall client strategies.

• Secure press features with print, television, online, and podcast outlets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential members of the media to ensure placements.
• Write and edit media materials such as press kits, press releases, media alerts, pitches, fact sheets, bios, case studies, and backgrounders.
• Participate in developing PR-specific marketing communications plans, including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics for each client.
• Engage in daily client interaction to update, report on, and discuss media relations.
• Track and report ROI for each campaign.
• Look for and secure speaking and sponsorship opportunities for clients as experts in their field.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients.
• Provide guidance to junior-level staff and manage daily intern responsibilities.

• B.S/B.A degree in Public Relations or a related field.
• 3-4 years of PR experience, preferably within an agency or with a beauty/lifestyle brand.
• Strong interest and understanding of the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industries.
• Strong beauty and wellness background, specifically in public relations or influencer campaign management.
• Proven media pitching and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with experience managing several accounts and high-visibility projects simultaneously while interacting with the team.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities across PR and content formats (press materials, pitches, bylines, briefing docs, reports, meeting agendas and notes, etc.).
• Project management skills: Ability to work across multiple, diverse projects, skilled at prioritizing workload and deliverables to meet client and team deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure completion of assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience supporting influencer programs or integrated PR campaigns is a plus.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a team environment.
