Founded in 2001 and based in Beverly Hills, CA we leverage our unparalleled network of relationships within the entertainment, fashion and digital industries to enhance visibility for our clients. The A List is seeking a Digital Coordinator based in Los Angeles. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

-Maintain and establish industry contacts with digital influencers across the fashion, lifestyle, fitness, and beauty sectors

-Outreach & lead showroom appointments for local, national & international influencers

-Outreach targeted national influencers to place client online orders

-Handle stylist and influencer sample requests, digital mailers, online orders, and showroom pulls. Track history as items are sent/received to various influencers, including timely return (if loaned)

-Day-to-day account management of client influencer campaigns including (and not limited to) mailings, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, agendas and topline reporting

-Invite and secure digital influencers to attend client events

-Assist at all client events - greet digital influencers & talent, oversee influencer services (if any)

-Curate list of digital influencers for client push(s) and/or new client projects

-Create event social recaps (via keynote) 

-Create digital campaign social recaps (via keynote) 

-Assist in showroom activity as needed (including but not limited to: unpacking shipments, organizing back stock, re-stocking showroom floor, etc.)

-Monitor and benchmark social media activities of other competing brands

-Identify and track emerging trends, initiatives, and vendors in the digital space and develop relevant client applications

-Help manage interns day-to-day

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred.

-2-3 years experience 

-Influencer knowledge across Mega, Macro and Micro influencers

-Excellent communication skills

-Time management skills and ability to multi-task

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment

-Detail oriented and organized

-Must possess superior understanding of existing social media landscape including new and innovative tools, platforms, vendors, and technologies

-Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.

-Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment.

-In-depth knowledge, understanding and experience with Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, Blogs etc.)
