• 4-10+ years experience with brand event production, mastery from A to Z / ideation to post-production
• Strong project management, creative, negotiation, organization and multitasking skills
• Up to $1M+ budget forecasting, allocation, and management
• Attend to event industry trends
• Solid negotiation skills for vendors, service, and venue contracts
• Assistance with proposals and pitch meetings
• Maintain and manage client/sponsor relations
• Familiarity with permitting processes for event locations (venue, city, and state agency requirements)
• Managing and overseeing onsite staff and vendors
• Cross-team communications on relevant production updates

Preferred Qualifications

• Sponsor procurement and sponsor relations are a huge plus
• Previous experience working with and/or for an agency

• CLD DTLA Headquarters

Salary

• Salary is commensurate with experience

Travel Requirements

• While you will work full-time at our DTLA HQ, we produce events globally, so travel may be required approximately 20% of the time.

Scheduale

• 10 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Extended hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) as needed
