We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Relations Intern based in our New York office. In this role you will assist the Head of Client Relations and the Client Relations Associate in prospecting and managing our client portfolio focusing on prospect research, sales development, database management and administration. This is a 3-month internship starting in April at 3 days a week, days & hours to be agreed.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to become a part of a dynamic Client Relations team. We work with events teams in global brands from the Arts, Fashion, Media & Entertainment, Corporate and Non-Profit areas around the world. You will learn about multiple elements of business: event planning, using technology on events, business development, and what it takes to host a world class event.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research – Learn about events in different industries and who the perfect zkipster client is.
- Develop outbound prospects and well-thought out ways of engaging with them.
- Database management – qualify inbound leads and maintain accounts
- Meetings - Attend meetings with Head of Client Relations and take notes and follow up actions.
- Client Support – Answer chat and email queries about the product.
- Administration – ad hoc tasks, sending out invitations and thank you notes to clients
- Is undertaking undergraduate studies at present
- Has know-how about the invite-only ‘white glove’ events industry or a high interest to broaden their knowledge
- Would like to learn about business development and gain a commercial awareness within the industry
- Has excellent attention for detail, a hands-on mentality, proactivity and likes taking initiative
