About the Role 

The Account Executive (AE) plays a vital role on our fashion and lifestyle accounts — driving media results, building press relationships, and ensuring day-to-day work moves forward with excellence. This role bridges the gap between creative storytelling and flawless execution. The ideal candidate is a nimble communicator, detail-obsessed, culturally tuned in, and confident managing multiple priorities at once. You’ll be the person who knows what’s happening, where things stand, and how to get it done — ensuring every client deliverable is thoughtful, on time, and ready for the spotlight

REQUIREMENTS:

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain targeted media lists across fashion, lifestyle, travel, and commerce verticals.
  • Develop strategic pitch angles and secure earned coverage across short-lead and long-lead publications.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with editors, writers, and stylists; stay ahead of editorial calendars and trend cycles.
  • Monitor coverage and deliver polished client recaps, reports, and insights.

Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day client deliverables — including weekly updates, meeting recaps, and status reports.
  • Ensure all materials (pitches, lists, decks, event documents) are accurate, strategic, and visually compelling.
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, press previews, and client activations.
  • Anticipate client needs, track deadlines, and communicate proactively with senior leads.

Creative & Cultural Intelligence

  • Track cultural, celebrity, and influencer moments relevant to client brands.
  • Contribute to brainstorms with insight, curiosity, and trend-savvy thinking.
  • Bring new ideas, partnerships, and story opportunities to the table regularly.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage project timelines, deadlines, and priorities independently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and partnerships teams to deliver integrated work.
  • Maintain accountability for quality control — every deliverable should be press-ready before senior review.

What You Bring 

  • 2–3 years of agency experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer PR.
  • Proven ability to secure earned media coverage across key verticals.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a genuine curiosity for what’s trending.
  • Strong writing, organization, and presentation skills. 
  • Confidence managing multiple deadlines without losing composure.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you don’t wait for direction; you take initiative.
  • Familiarity with media databases, Google Workspace, and AI tools (bonus points for creative fluency).
