Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Creator who thrives at the intersection of sports, culture, and pure creative energy. You’ll lead the creation and execution of social content across platforms, blending instinct, data, and a deep knowledge of the sports world. From crafting scroll-stopping posts to generating shareable, trend-driven moments, you’ll bring authenticity, voice, and insight that connect with fans, spark conversations, and grow communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish high-quality, sports-focused content across TikTok, Instagram, and X, following leadership guidance.
  • Film, edit, and format short-form videos using tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.
  • Schedule and post content consistently, ensuring seamless publishing.
  • Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and adjust content to maximize impact.
  • Interact with audiences, respond to comments, and flag trends or feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute campaigns across social and PR.
  • Contribute ideas and strategic input in brainstorms and team meetings.
  • Maintain brand voice and values while creating standout content.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2–3 years of hands-on social media experience in a fast-paced brand or agency setting.
  • Passionate about sports, with deep knowledge of games, culture, and fan trends.
  • Skilled in video, writing, and editing, with a portfolio showing end-to-end content creation.
  • Comfortable on camera, producing authentic and relatable video content.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and collaborative, thriving in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, posting, and content formats that drive engagement.
  • Curious and familiar with AI-powered creative tools to support an efficient workflow.
